- Timed Brick Drill: Starting from the pool edge, swim 20 yards, perform a surface dive to recover a 10-pound weighted brick from a depth of 7 to 10 feet, and return to the starting point. You must swim the return 20 yards on your back, keeping both hands on the weight. This entire sequence must be completed within 1 minute and 40 seconds. Note: Swim goggles are not permitted for this specific drill.
